Working across time zones
I'm based in Bataan, Philippines (UTC+8), which is 2-3 hours behind Australia's east coast and the same time as Perth. I reply to every message within one business day.
For the UK I'm 7-8 hours ahead, and for the US 12-16 hours ahead, depending on the state and daylight saving. Most of the work runs on the weekly written update, and for calls we'll agree a time that suits your day.
